Kellie
Kellie Martin, an American film and television actress most well-known for her performances as Christy Huddleston in the period drama series "Christy The 'Christy'' series, Rebecca Thatcher in the family drama 'Life Goes On The Life Goes On', and Lucy Knight in the medical drama "ER". Also, she is known for being the main character in the "Hailey Dean Mystery" series. Martin's acting journey began when she was just 7 when an aunt, a former nanny who cared for the children of Michael Landon, helped secure a spot as a special character in the 1982 film 'Father Murphy.' After she graduated from Yale University in 1982, Martin decided to pursue her acting career more seriously. Her roles were significant on television as well as the big screen. Martin, in addition to being a skilled actress and dancer, is also a successful ballet photographer. She is a mother of two and the face of Lupus. Following her 19-year-old sister's death Martin has been trying to educate people about the disease.
